“Powered by Faith” Performance
“Powered by Faith” is inspired by examples in the Bible who did amazing things through their faith in Jesus Christ. The show featured professional and student co-choreography, creative explorations, and uplifting music.
Thank you so much for coming to support these dancers this season! We loved sharing these dances with friends and family on stage as well as residents in our outreach earlier that week.
daCi Membership
Luminosity is officially a member of daCi, an international organization that supports quality dance education for children everywhere. Luminosity dancers are included with membership benefits including discounts on gatherings and dance workshops.
We are getting so excited to attend the June gathering in Maryland — join us there this summer!
2026 Youth Video Project
Luminosity Video Projects are faith-based dance works shared on YouTube and other social platforms. Participating dancers learn and create choreography then perform in various locations while being filmed. The footage is edited into one complete video and shared online to radiate God’s light and love through dance.
Youth ages 9-14 can join us this Summer Season in Meridian, Idaho, for the “Faith” Video Project
July 6-10 from 9:00 to 11:00am
Printed registration papers and release form will provided and need to be filled out the first day during the parent meeting (July 6 at 9am). This form is to save your spot and get updates and reminders as this project moves forward.
2026 Video Projects
Each year, Luminosity creates one or more uplifting dance films to share God’s light and goodness through dance online. Rehearsals, film dates, and locations vary each year depending on the project. Join us in the creative process as a choreographer and/or dancer, or join in the production process as a videographer, costume designer, location scout, video editor, sound design, or writer.

Youth Activities
Book your free activity night for your group (ages 8-18) this year!
Connect to the scriptures in a new way and have fun dancing together through a 30-60 minute movement class (length of class is up to you and your group’s needs). Now accepting instruction requests for January 8 – April 30, 2026.

From the Director
After a great season focused on faithful examples in the Bible, I’m excited to continue that exploration with our Youth Video project this July. I’ve got ideas for another artists video as well, so if you’re interested in dancing in a project with me, please let me know!
