Join the NEW Touring Ensemble!
Luminosity is officially a member of daCi, an international organization that supports quality dance education for children everywhere. Luminosity dancers are included with membership benefits including discounts on gatherings and dance workshops.
With that membership, I’d like to introduce Luminosity’s new Touring Ensemble! Committed dancers ages 12-18 will have the opportunity to perform and share uplifting dance with a longer season of growth and traveling performance opportunities.
Register for the Touring Ensemble in its introductory season and join us for the daCi gathering in Towson Maryland June 22-27, 2026. Scholarships available, apply by December 1.
“I Can Always Choose” Performance
We had a fabulous performance last week of the Children’s Ensemble and the Youth Ensemble inspired by courageous women in the Bible who chose God. We got to share the same performance with an assisted living center in our neighborhood and it was sweet to share light through dance and visit with the residents for a few minutes afterward.

Luminosity Community Workshops are designed for adults, but mature dancers age 12+ are welcome.

Youth Activities
Book your free activity night for your group (ages 8-18) this month or next year!
Connect to the scriptures in a new way and have fun dancing together through a 30-60 minute movement class (length of class is up to you and your group’s needs). Now accepting instruction requests for September 1 – December 20, 2025 and January 8 – April 30, 2026.

From the Director
What a great Fall Season dancing together! I have loved teaching and working with the children, youth, and adults these past few months and look forward to creating and dancing together more in January.
It’s natural to thank a teacher at the end of a season, but I feel even more inclined to thank all the families for their support each season. It is not lost on me that this program could not exist without the dancers no matter how it’s designed. I mean it so deeply when I say thank you for dancing with me! I am full of gratitude and am looking forward to dancing together again soon.
