Teaching the Children’s Ensemble is such a highlight of my week — the girls are happy to learn, serve, and create together which makes all the difference when I offer a free program like this.

Free Teen and Adult Workshop
November 17 from 7:30-9pm at the Amity Building
Join us for a night of creative dance, fitness, and faith-filled fun! All levels welcome, modifications will be given throughout to accommodate all levels! We will spend part of class dancing a variation of the chorus from the 2022 Youth Theme video. Invite your friends or family!
Children’s Ensemble
The Children’s Ensemble is connecting each class to the children’s book, “The Holy Ghost is Like a Blanket.” Each week we explore a dance concept and relate it to one of the pages of the book. Our performance will feature a ballet number and a few creative dances highlighting concepts we’ve worked on in class.
Join us for the end of season performance on December 8 at the Amity Building in Meridian, Idaho.
This season has gone so well that I am planning to offer a Spring Season too! Next season will run Thursdays January 9 – April 29, the time may change so check back next month for the exact schedule and to save your spot.
“I Will Serve the Lord” Dance Video
I’m finishing up our last video project for this year: I Will Serve the Lord. Originally choreographed with Joshua in mind, we thought it fitting to also connect it to Daniel and publish this week when so many friends are studying Daniel together. There are many examples throughout the scriptures of individuals who have a moment when they decide to serve the Lord regardless of others around them or even threats of death. We too have that moment in our lives where we decide whom we will serve. I think we have that choice every day, and everyday we can choose again to serve, to choose faith, to try again to do better. Youth Activities
Luminosity is offering free activity nights this Fall for ages 8-18. Connect to the scriptures in a new way and have fun dancing together through a 30-60 minute movement class (length of class is up to you and your group needs). Now accepting instruction requests for September 1 – December 10, 2022.
